The Palacio de Dar Al-Horra It was built in the XV Century on a former Zirí palace. This palace was the last home of the mother of Boabdil, Aixa, to whom the name refers of Dar al-Horra (House of the honest Lady). The building has two storeys, and there is a fortified tower on the northern side. The roofing and double shafts windows are particularly fine examples, as are the decorative Arabic inscriptions.
